Step One - Check Your Sales Conditioning RADAR
Sustainable sales conditioning must be based on an understanding of the full range of sales and tactical marketing challenges you face. We don't assume that your situation is the same as other clients. So, our first step is an on-site facilitated workshop - a Strategic Assessment - with your senior corporate, sales and marketing management - and - a subset of your front-line salespeople.
As a team, we'll brainstorm your existing sales practices to identify underlying problems and explore solutions; to find areas for improvement; and uncover what is working and shouldn't be changed.
We scrutinize what you sell, how you sell it, who you sell to, why you win and why you lose. We'll dissect your value messages, existing formal and informal sales processes, sales forecasting methods, lead generation and demand creation capabilities, sales and sales management skill sets, current and future marketplace trends, competition and more.
Within a week of the workshop, you receive a gap analysis report containing our recommendations along with a detailed implementation plan including a schedule designed to deliver the highest return, lowest risk programs first.
